Instead of Starting Your Own Company, Help Build the Door
A founder's invitation to the people who could build or back WisdomTwin.ai.
I spent twenty-eight years selling into enterprises, including P&G across 21 brands, Apple, Ford, Marriott and Wave, across 15 countries and 5 continents. Different rooms. The same wait.
The work was finished. The risk was known. Then somebody looked at the calendar.
Tuesday already knew. Thursday still sat.
Those were rooms I sold into during my career. They taught me the problem that WisdomTwin.ai is being built to solve.
The room should not own the decision
Some meetings earn their place. They resolve disagreement, expose uncertainty and bring the right people into a consequential call.
The cage is requiring that room before any judgment can move.
I watched people prepare the evidence, reconstruct the history and circulate another version, only to wait for the same Thursday slot. A forty-hour working week was trying to contain decisions that could arise at any point in a 168-hour week.
That is a calendar problem, not a request for people to work longer.
Then AI made the slides faster. The meeting did not move.
I wanted the decision to arrive with its evidence, its limits and the name of the person who could authorize the next step. I wanted employees to spend more time doing their best work and less time carrying context between rooms.
That is why I built WisdomTwin.ai.
A third way to become an owner
Starting a company is one path. Owning shares in an established public business is another.
There is also the work of helping an early company become worth owning.
For a builder, that means shaping a product while important decisions are still open. For an investor, it means backing a specific thesis before the commercial evidence is complete.
Neither path promises wealth. Early companies can fail. Private shares can remain illiquid, and ownership can be diluted. Employment equity depends on the actual grant and its terms.
The reason to consider this path is the work, the people and the problem you believe deserves to be solved.
Our problem is the distance between a prepared question and an accountable decision.
What we are building
WisdomTwin.ai is the Judgment Platform for regulated enterprises.
We make humans superhuman by aiming to bring their established judgment into the work while they retain authority. Our goal is AI-native decision speed with governance intact.
A role-specific Wisdom Twin brings forward authorized evidence, principles, thresholds and escalation rules. One-Press Huddle brings the relevant role perspectives together. The Trust Layer is designed to keep permissions, evidence and human review attached to the decision.
The flow is Ingest, Twin, Operate.
The output should be concrete: a bounded recommendation, the evidence supporting it, the conditions that remain unresolved and the human who owns release. When evidence or authority is missing, the next step is to hold or escalate.
The deployment direction is sovereign: an approved environment under the enterprise's control. On-premises, on-device and private-cloud configurations must be evaluated against their actual hardware, workloads and data flows. The objective is control the customer can verify.
Our current demonstrations use synthetic scenarios. They show the intended workflow. Pilots must establish product performance, operational fit and commercial value.
Three beliefs worth building around
Open source matters. Institutions need to understand the systems they depend on. Inspectable code, clear licenses and portable knowledge can support that trust. Openness is a principle to implement and test, not a label to declare.
Data sovereignty matters. A useful system must respect where the enterprise permits its data to be processed, who may access it and how its records are retained. Deployment belongs in the design conversation from the start.
Human judgment matters. Experience contains exceptions that a policy summary misses. The aim is to make that judgment useful in more places while keeping authority explicit. An AI recommendation does not inherit an executive's accountability.
If you share those beliefs, you understand why we are building this company.
The people we want beside us
We want to meet builders who care about enterprise engineering, evaluation, security, source integration and deployment. People who will ask whether a recommendation was correct, whether it should have been made at all, and whether the person reviewing it had the evidence they needed.
We want to meet investors who understand that regulated enterprise software earns adoption through proof. The relevant questions are whether the workflow improves, whether the controls hold and whether the buyer will pay for the result.
We are raising USD $1,000,000 in pre-seed financing through a post-money SAFE. Our first ten regulated-industry pilots are a target, not signed business.
For prospective team members, the next conversation is about the contribution you could make and the role it requires. Compensation, equity and working arrangements belong in a specific offer, not an implied promise in an article.
Help us open the door
You do not have to found every company you believe should exist.
You can help build one. You can back one. You can bring the judgment that makes it better.
I spent twenty-eight years in those rooms. I am building the door I wanted then.
If you want to help build it, email roman@wisdomtwin.ai with the work you could own and one example of work you are proud of.
If you want to discuss backing it, book twenty minutes.
